When help is needed, the coordinator chooses a person, reviews the exact SMS Ask, and approves it before it is sent.
SMS is optional
Helpers choose whether to receive Can-U texts.
SMS is used only for family-coordination Asks and related replies. Consent is voluntary, message frequency varies, and a recipient can text STOP at any time.
